Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after deducting any applicable payment charges
Return / Exchange Eligibility
Eligible cases:

Wrong item delivered
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Incorrect address leading to failed delivery (RTO)

Slight color variation due to screen differences

Products that are used, worn, or without tags

Sarees that are customized (fall, edging, etc.)

Unboxing video is mandatory for claims

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proper packaging must be ensured while returning
For international orders, customers may need to bear return shipping and customs charges.
